Meet Your Instructor

Jessica Everett started practicing yoga after multiple injuries from weightlifting. After experiencing the recovery benefits of yoga, Jessica decided to take her 200hr YTT in 2023 from My Vinyasa Practice so that she could share the amazing recovery and performance benefits that yoga has to offer. Jessica’s yoga classes are designed to complement athletes and weightlifters and active individuals alike to help improve recovery and performance with a mix of slow stretches, flexibility, balance and strength.
