As the weather cools, your body craves warmth and immune support. This month’s plan will have you using your pressure cooker every day to create healthy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The snacks included are super simple and can be prepped while your pressure cooker is doing its thing. 


And don't worry if you don't have a pressure cooker. Most of the recipes can still be made in a slow cooker or stovetop -- or find plenty of other recipes in the collection.
